| To get started, read the following... 1. Complimentary First Workout Each new athlete receives a complimentary first workout. First workouts are scheduled throughout the week at various times. Following the workout, parents and athletes are able to ask any questions they may have. There is no obligation following this session. To schedule your first session, contact Roger White by email at Roger@SportXTraining.com 2. Training Sessions The next step is to choose a time that works best for you. Our schedule is flexible and allows you to mix and match days each week. The follow are the times available for Semi-Private Training: Current Training Schedule Training times and days change throughout the year based on season. Current dates are for November 2011-March 2012 schedule: Tuesday 6-7pm (full) Thursday 6-7pm (full) Both nights are currently full. Contact us to get your name put on a waiting list.
